He is a certified public accountant, graduated from the University of the Republic in 2009. Master of Law and Tax Regulation, Graduate in International Tax Law and Financial Investment Management at Universidad de Montevideo.

He has established tuna fishing companies and co-founded undertakings in the Patagonian toothfish market. At the same time, he has been involved in and has managed agricultural, livestock, and forestry projects for more than a decade. Additionally, he manages projects in the sectors of mining, real estate, merchant and fishing ships and shipyards.

He is the founder of the law firm Estudio Lussich Jimenez de Aréchaga & Asociados and of Estudio Loinaz Lussich Freezone Advisors in Zonamerica, nowadays one of the main firms in Zonamerica. We manage a wide range of Corporate Structures, from the simplest to the most complex ones, through and together with our international partners. We provide integral advice on notarial, accounting-administrative, fiscal, labor and any other day-to-day aspects of our clients’ business. A family office for the purpose of managing family assets responsibly in order to preserve their value and increase it over the years.

In 2019, he co-founded Acrecenta Corredor de Bolsa SA, regulated by the Central Bank of Uruguay and member of the Montevideo Stock Exchange, committed to educating Uruguayans on saving and planning for the future by structuring financial investment options, both in equity and in fixed income, in Uruguay and abroad.
