Felipe graduated in Economics and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia. Graduated as an MBA from IE Business School, one of the world’s leading business schools.

With more than 12 years of experience both in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and in the corporate world, Felipe has a holistic business profile, having worked in areas such as Finance (M&A and budget planning and execution), Operations (process integration and optimization), Strategy, as well as legal and tax structuring.

Lead several cross-border M&A deals and post-merger integration processes in Latin America for over US$ 700 million. In 2017, he founded Ibiza, a Brazilian retail company, which was successfully sold to a Chinese Group. In 2020, he co-founded and assumed as CFO of Frontier Spectrum, a Cannabis company with presence in Canada, Colombia and Germany.
