Agustina Loinaz

Director and Co-Founder

Agustina Loinaz D’Isabella is a Lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Montevideo in 2010. Her main area of practice has been the development and management of investment projects in Uruguay in various sectors, such as agricultural, maritime, financial, cannabis, corporate structuring, and free trade zones.

In recent years, she has specialized in the advice, set up and initial management of companies aiming at settling in Uruguay, with special emphasis on the legal and tax promotional regimes offered by the country.

In 2017, she co-founded the medical cannabis company DORMUL S.A. ̈Cannapur ̈, acquired in 2019 by Khiron Life Science Corp. a pharmaceutical company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Agustina is co-founder of the Chamber of Uruguayan Medical Cannabis Companies (CECAM).

Until 2015, she was a partner of the firm ALS Abogados, and in 2012 she co-founded the company LOINAZ LUSSICH Free Zone Advisors, most relevant firm in the field. 

In 2010, she worked at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, participating in numerous international arbitrations. Additionally, she is a member of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA) as part of the International Taxation group.
